Home Game Day Management (2 people)

  • Organise Field Marshalls meeting and roster marshals
  • Game day setup and manage field closure notifications

Expected Time Commitment: 1 hour per week

Medical Coordinator

  • Recruit medics for junior support and ensure training compliance
  • Organise mouthguard fittings and roster medics for training and games
  • Confirm staff rosters and maintain medic equipment

Expected Time Commitment: 1 hour per week

External Communications Person

  • Set up WhatsApp community and write weekly newsletter articles
  • Manage junior social media content and collect season reviews from parents
  • Support club-wide communications

Expected Time Commitment: 1 hour per week

Events Crew (3-4 people)

  • Organise welcome event and coordinate photo days
  • Plan junior breakup and awards nights, coordinate award winners
  • Advertise and sell event tickets, collaborate with sponsorship crew
  • Update calendar

Expected Time Commitment: Adhoc as per events schedule

Sponsorship Manager (2 people)

  • Secure jersey sponsorships and engage local businesses
  • Sell junior sponsorship assets

Expected Time Commitment: Adhoc prior to season starting

Recruitment Manager

  • Contact schools for advertising and set up signage
  • Coordinate come and try days

Expected Time Commitment: Adhoc prior to season starting

Training Night Coordinator (2 people)

  • Schedule training locations and times, organise volunteer rosters
  • Coordinate raffles and prizes, conduct height and weight assessments
  • Clean training shed, manage lights and entertainment
  • Set up merchandise store

Expected Time Commitment: 1 hour per week


Merchandise Store Person (6 people)

  • Sell uniforms and merchandise on Wednesday night (2 people), and Friday night (4 people).
  • Record all sales accurately during each shift.
  • Cover and close the merchandise store at the end of the night, ensuring all merchandise is secured.
  • Record and secure any cash or takings according to club procedures.

Expected Time Commitment: 3 hour per shift, as rostered.

Junior Girls Coordinators (1 people)

  • Appoint coaches for each team in the age group
  • Ensure teams have at least two Field Marshalls
  • Distribute club messages
  • Indust new players
  • Collect jersey sizing feedback
  • Identify players with 5+ years at the club

Expected Time Commitment: 1 hour per week
