Join a fun, inclusive rugby community for boys and girls from Puppy Pack (ages 3–5) through U16 and Junior Colts. We also run a girls XV’s and 7’s season, plus a Modified Rugby Program supporting neurodiverse players.

Register now in 7-steps
1. Login in to the Rugby Xplorer or create an account if you’re new to rugby.
2. Click the Register Tab
3. Select “Find a Club” & Choose your child (or link a new person)
4. Search “Wests Bulldogs Rugby (Juniors)”
5. Choose your child’s role, registration type and season
6. Enter the required details. including your child’s correct height and weight
7. Proceed to payment and complete the registration.

What’s included in my Junior registration?
Training shirt, jersey, and water bottle. Access to scheduled training and games.
Girls programs include XV’s, 7s, and GCTA (Girls can tackle anything program).
What are the Training Times?
Puppy Pack (3–5), U6–U8: Fridays 4:45–5:45pm
Mixed U9–U11: Fridays 5:45–6:45pm
Boys U12–U14: Fridays 6:45–7:45pm
Girls U12+: Wednesdays 6:30–8:00pm
What do I need for the season?
Shorts & socks (available via club shop).
Mouthguards: Strongly recommended for safety.
Headgear: Optional—can help reduce minor knocks, but does not prevent concussion.
Boots: Rugby/football boots with moulded studs.
What are the Game Times?
U9 and under: Saturday’s
U10 and older: Sunday’s
Season begins Term 2 (friendly games may occur earlier).
Puppy Pack is training‑only.
Is there a sibling discount?
Yes. A sibling discount is automatically applied in Rugby Xplorer when you register the sibling after your first child.
It appears on the payments page.
Can I use a Play On voucher (or FairPlay)?
Yes! Email your child’s voucher to registrar@westsbulldogsrugby.com.au before registering.
You’ll receive a discount code to apply during registration.
Is there a cut‑off for registrations?
No formal cut‑off, but some ages may be waitlisted to manage team sizes.
Are Junior teams graded?
From U12 and over, we follow our grading policy to ensure players compete at the right level.
Younger ages are not graded.
Can my child trial first?
Yes—but for insurance, please register them as a Training‑Only Participant before they trial.
When do we collect the free ball?
Collect your ball when picking up training shirts (usually the first training night).
